I loved this apartment complex so much that I did not feel motivated to move anywhere else. I have been through three managements and I must say the they have been good. The Landlord is very responsive, the location is excellent, the ward is amazing, the place is clean enough for a single guy.

I rented from fall '01 through summer '06.
I paid monthly rent of $200 during fall/winter for a shared room.
I paid monthly rent of $90 during spring/summer for a shared room.

I enjoyed my time at AA. The apartments aren't of the highest quality, but good enough for students on the cheap. The carpets could have used replacing, but we covered ours with a giant rug. Parking was better than anywhere else I've lived in Provo (you won't have to park a block away).

This place is cheap and you get what you pay for. However, for low 200's this place is great. The Land Lord is awesome. They have always taken care of everything immediately upon calling them. That alone makes the place worth moving into.

For the price, this place is great. The landlords are awesome and take care of anything that needs their attention. The guys are awesome and the ward is the best. 4 guys 2 bathrooms... not bad. Just make sure you on a the 2nd or 3rd floor if you want A/C. Bottom floor has none.
