I rented a two bedroom apartment from Providence Place with my friend, who is a full-time student--I am not. This place is a tax credit property, so one person in the household needs to not be a full-time student, and you have income guidelines within which you must fall to qualify. I would recommend these apartments; they feel residential, with big sidewalks and (so far) open land around them. As always, make sure to view the apartment you're getting before you move in.
I rented from winter '06 through summer '07.
I paid monthly rent of $665 during fall/winter for a private room
.
I paid monthly rent of $665 during spring/summer for a private room
