The had a fire that burnt the laundry room and knocked out the hot water. We still do not have hot water all the time and the new manager is more worried about what people have on their patios and porches. I was told my porch swing was not not outside furniture and they told me if I dint move it today that I would get fined. This property has gone through quit a few managers and everytime they get a new one they go on a power trip and terrorize the residents.

I rented from fall '03 through fall '06.
