People always have bad things to say about this complex, yet it\'s probably one of the better ones in riverside. If you don\'t have $700+ to put down per month to live near campus, then you are definitely better off in this all students housing complex. All students, fully furnished. CHEAP RENT.

These apartments offer a great value and deal!
The staff is well informed and helful and the management is available and will work with you. The location is perfect for UT students. Its a quiet area very close to the grocery store!
