Parking sucks. Management terrible. Maintenance slow on repairs. Leasing agents lied to get me to agree to move in, then denied a discount on the date I WAS supposed to move in. By then, my things had already been packed and the movers were coming, so there wasn't much I could do. They attempted to evict me during finals season over $30 in late fees they never even reported were due to them a few months later. The management company avoids phone calls and shifts blame, as well. Hassle not worth the discount in rent.

The management is worst in charging the renter. I have had many friends comment the same about this. The only reason people stay here is that nearby you find state offices. Beware of the washer dryer charges, as even a small crack which is not a fault of yours they will charge you a hefty amount while moving out, as if the dryer was bought for you. The dryer doesn\'t work at all you will put 2-3 times for a small set of clothes.Its not a safe neibourhood for which you can contact austin police department
