Pros: Not a bad price for the value. Nice looking interior. Cellphone reception is good. Indoor Basketball court.

Cons: Floors are THIN, so expect thuds from upstairs. Management does nothing about noisy neighbors except talk. Frequent inspections. Management will fine you the full amount for everything that is not in great condition upon moveout. Water damage in several units, including mine.

While the maintenance staff is quick and courteous, the leasing staff is unfriendly, incompetent and disrespectful. The manager won't even speak with you if you have a complaint, leaving her rude staff to do all the work for her. The lawns are relatively well-kept, but being a dog friendly place, you will need to watch your step, and the smell... The walls and ceiling are very thin. I can hear everything my neighbors say, word for word and even the slightest walk of those living above me sounds like a bunch of people jumping up and down. Unless you have a lot of money to waste, don't need any sleep, adn like noise and dog poo, don't move here.
