These apartments are a bit old and aren't constructed well. The good side is you can get a large two bedroom with w/d hookups. Also, I live on the edge of the complex by the street Medina and it is quite quiet. If you are a student, the bus runs right through the complex, providing easy access to the University.

I rented from summer '05 through summer '07.
I paid monthly rent of $600 during fall/winter.
