I have lived here for less than 2 years & have NEVER had the problems I've had with this place. My A/C broke last summer on a Friday & water was leaking down through the ceiling. I called & left an emergency maintenance message, but no one called back or came til Monday. I spoke to an A/C repairman recently when he was called out to assess someone else's unit (he was at my townhouse cause the girl wrote down the wrong unit #) and said all the units were pretty bad off. They just want to save money & do a shoddy quick fix themselves after he gives them recommendations. It took them a week to fix my door that wouldn't shut correctly (at all until I kicked it in). And it has been 2 wks since they had to order weather stripping to replace on both my doors, both of which you can see light all the way around. My utility bill was $200 this month, and I'm sure the fact that I've had to call twice this week due to my A/C stopping working hasn't helped. Twice in a week with temps over 100! They don't want to fix anything right so they can save money. So, the renters end up paying the price. STAY FAR AWAY!!! I rented from spring 10 through winter 11. ...
