Both of my roomates and I are pissed that we chose to move into this hell-hole! Where should I begin? First off, one of my roomates and I had our identity stolen by somebody who works for the apartment complex that had access to our information. We have filed charges against the man, and he will arrested very soon. The apartment complex is well-aware of the situation, and they have not said ONE WORD to us. Not even a letter appologizing or attemtping to recitify what has come of the situation. This could potentialy mean both of our identities are compromised forever, depending on whether or not the man was given access to our SS numbers. The office staff are generally ill-informed about what is going on the complex. It takes forever to get anything done via a work order. In fact, one of our roof pannels caved in about 3 months ago, and, you guessed it, they have done nothing! There are ants and roaches desptite the fact that we never leave the slightest bit of food laying around our apartment. Another disturbing, and terrifying, aspect of life at Campus View (the name under which it goes now) was the crime spree at the beginning of the Fall 2007 school year. Several people (3 if my memory serves me correctly) were held-up at gun point by robbers. All three of them were robbed of various items and money. There are countless other annoyances which occur nearly every week. This week, our water was shut off for a full day while the maintenance crew attempted to find a leak. The water has since returned, but now we only have cold water! This makes showering miserable. Once again, I will file a work order, but it will most likely be lost or ignored. The apartment appeared to be a bargain, (428/month per person, with all utilties and a washer/dryer) but it has turned into a nightmare. I cannot wait until May when I get to leave this cess-pit of dump once and for all. Thanks and Gig 'Em! I rented from fall '07 through spring '08. ...

I love living here. All bills paid is perfect for a student and a part-time waitress! Everyone in the office is really helpful and the fitness center is really fun. I rented from fall '06 through fall '08.

I absolutely loved living at Campus View. Maintenance was very friendly and very quick at what they did. The bedrooms were a good size, it was VERY close to campus, and they had lots of great things to offer. Whenever I referred a friend to move in they gave me money off of my rent. And it was all bils paid. Very convenient. I rented from fall '06 through summer '07. ...

I love the All Bills Paid. Great value and nice apartment. The management is awesome. Excellent maintenane. They are always fast and nice. I rented from spring '05 through summer '07.
