I moved out of my apartment 1/28/2008. Three months have passed and I still don't have my deposit back. On 4/1/2008 I received a phone call from Midtown Heights employee Amber Teasdale promising me the return of $112.47 of my $150 deposit, also received via mail a Move Out Statement with written note confirming the amount of refund. As of today, 5/3/2008, I still have NOT received the deposit refund. I have emailed and sent fax to Midtown Heights concerning this matter, of course they have NOT responded.

I rented from summer '06 through winter '08.
I paid monthly rent of $930 during fall/winter.
I paid monthly rent of $930 during spring/summer.

Interior & exterior of apartments are new and in good condition. The pool & outdoor areas are well kept (especially considering all of the use they get). The office staff are very nice (know my name & asks about my mother that stayed with us during Katrina). Very young crowd that lives here... because of this the pool may be busy & loud on the weekend. Parking garage is nice but if you get home past 10 pm on the week days you have to park on a higher level. Personally have never experienced any theft or violence.

I rented from summer '05 through fall '06.

This place has terrible customer service, starting with the management. Do not move here.
