I've lived at Chimney Sweep Apts for a year. I've seen 2 different landlords. Both equally stupid. Miller Properties secretary illogical and frustrating to work with. Mice, roaches, homeless rummaging through dumpster. Paper-thin white walls. Plus side: pool, laundry room, REALLY close to the capmetro route 5 and UT shuttle. If you are looking for short term, its okay.. but not for long term. All college kids in the complex as long as I've lived here. Make sure you have a car alarm. My car was broken into twice. Maybe I had some bad luck, but I would not recommend this property. You can definitely find more for your money.
