It's made my first semester away from home feel comfy and doable. I love the area and I genuinely feel like I'm starting a new chapter in my life. The apartments helped in that by making sure my rent was convenient and that I have enough facilities to keep up with my self in terms of school and mentally/physically. ...

The apartments are very nice for the price, including private bathrooms, however, you don't have much control over your roommates unless you go in with someone who wants to move in with you. I got one great roommate and one bad roommate. The grounds are very nice. There are many amenities in the community and fun events they host for residents. I'd say it's well worth the price if you can apply when one of their deals is going on! ...

Pros: Nice amenities. Newest apartment around Riverside so it looks very clean and spiffy. Maintenance always worked quickly. Nice location, set back but near bus stop. Cons: Staff was impossible to work with. They were young kids who wore cute outfits but that's about the limit of their ability. Very noisy complex b/c it's so big. I called the police several times for noise disturbance. I rented from fall '06 through summer '07. ...

Employees not knowledgeable. Very hard to get ahold of apartment managers, standoffish. My own experience was that many things were defective or broken throughout the year. I rented from fall '07 through spring '08.
