walls are thin and neighbors are inconsiderate. The buildings are old an are not upgraded. Occasional roaches come out. Great location. Not accessible for disability. It smells like smoke all the time in the hallways .

We have lived here since October 2012 and have been sick since day one. There is MOLD growing in both the hall closets and in the walls of the front bedroom, though the maintenance guys said they would "treat" it and "paint over it." The knobs in the tub are broken and leak, and the kitchen sink leaked when we moved in, busted and were "repaired," and now are still leaky. The floors are so uneven we fall over just walking and the walls and ceilings are so thin, I can tell when the guy upstairs is peeing at 2am or brushing his teeth. The people who work here act like you are a waste of their time and anytime I have called to have the aforementioned problems fixed, no one comes. We have even received "maintenance receipts" through email saying that things had been fixed when we weren't there!!!" My advice? KEEP LOOKING! I wish we have never moved in! It was a last resort and I am counting the days until we move. We opted to break our lease and it's worth every penny. Also, over the Christmas Holidays, someone went through my car. Nothing was taken since I don't keep anything in it, but just knowing someone's filthy thieving hands were all over my car made me nauseous. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

If you want headaches every day and trouble breathing, live here. The mold smell will get into all your clothes. The worst is that the management will not care a bit -- they just want your money. I rented from summer '08 through fall '08.
