QUALITY: Nice, bright, spacious, carpeted, with good appliances, and will likely be freshly painted when you move in. PRICE: Excellent, largely because it's in a crappy... LOCATION: The neighborhood is quite shabby, noisy and my car was broken into twice. It's right off of Thompson and Nolensville--take your chances. SOCIAL LIFE: It's quite a drive from campus, which has an effect on social life. LANDLORD: GREAT LANDLORD/MANAGEMENT. This is the best part of the complex--they are nice, efficient, and helpful.
