WORST PLACE TO LIVE DO NOT MOVE HERE. MANAGEMENT IS UNRELIABLE AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CONDITIONS IN WHICH THE RESIDENTS LIVE. NOT WORTH THE GAMBLE BECAUSE ITS THE CHEAPEST PLACE IN COLUMBIA. I rented from fall 2016 through summer 2018.

The parking is great as long as you aren't a guest. They are kind of slack about letting you know that you have a package in the main office. Maintenance is pretty decent. 2 BD/2 BTH - 510 PER PERSON. Tiny apartment. But still much better than living on campus I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...

Don't expect to get anything fixed without multiple requests to the office. Also, I decided to stay for another year, in order to avoid moving. Friday night before move-in they changed the locks on my apartment while I was out, and left a note on my door - "Come by the office before 7:00 PM to get your new key." Unfortunately, it was 10:30 PM before I got home, so no luck with the key. I got someone to let me into my apartment, but I couldn't leave again, because I had no key to lock my apartment!!! Saturday morning I finally left it unlocked, went to the office, and all I got was, "Oh, we're sorry for the inconvenience! Here's your new key." That's not an inconvenience, it's illegal! I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
