I had no heat all winter. Noone else here did either. this place is more like the ghetto then a real place to live. This place is a dive run by slum lords who dont help anyone. my other neighbor is much older and she is retired and didnt have heat all winter. they gave her the same routine. The maintenance here is horrible and they dont fix anything. Dont even bother trying to coplain or you will get evicted in the winter like what happened to another tenant here. he called the township licensing place and they evicted him a week later.

I paid monthly rent of $750 during fall/winter for a private room.

My apartment was full of mold 2 months after I moved in. Looks like they just paint over the walls when old tenants move out. I talked to 2 other people in my building nad they have mold and cockroaches. the office management are horrible and not helpful. they keep saying they will send people over but noone ever shows up. these places are disgusting and i would not recommend living here.

This place sucks. first of all they jacked up my rent after my lease and i had to pay 25 dollars extra a month until I moved out.

this place is a trashy dump and I had no heat all winter. they didnt even fix it and now they want to charge me more money. I am out of this dump.
