The good:
- Spacious, with individual rooms and queen sized beds.
- Newer furniture
- Usually quiet
- Utilities are all included in monthly rent, but that's not always good (SEE BELOW!!)
The bad:
- The "high-speed" internet is slow, which I can get over, but it DOESN'T WORK at all intermittently during peak times(6 pm - 2 am). This is unacceptable and when I complained every day for 3 weeks straight, they ignored me and wouldn't do anything.
- Somewhat far from campus, but at least a bus pass is included in the activity fee.
- Laundry machines are outdated and don't work very well. $1.00 per cycle for washer, $0.75 per cycle for dryer. Quarters only.
- The hallways and stairways always smell funky.
- Not all college students living here. Lots of foreigners and families.
- The apartment complex is lit decently well, but the streets you have to walk on to get there are completely dark, especially from the bus stop. The area seems to be safe though.
- The towing company is right across the road, and they towed a friend of mine within 30 minutes of being there.
- Air conditioning is a bit inadequate. I don't think it can go below 70-75 F on full blast.
