Copper Beech Townhomes

Appliances were brand new and I liked having a new, spacious kitchen and my own washer/dryer. But construction of the buildings was shoddy and cheap. I was the second person to live in my apartment and already the walls and floors were literally falling apart. Free bus pass is cool, and free TV too. But, the other reviewers are right about the slow internet and horrible management staff. You won't get your security deposit back.

I rented from summer '04 through summer '05.
I paid monthly rent of $625 during fall/winter for a private room.

Copper Beech was exceptionally unreasonable and uncooperative with its tenants, going so far as to not take responsibility for disasters caused by faulty wiring.

I rented from fall '06 through summer '07.

The management alone is enough reason not to rent from this place. The "high-speed" internet is a crock--they have all the townhouse units wired and connected to the same connection, so it's horribly slow and patchy--streaming video/music is impossible, and the internet will go out extremely frequently. On top of that management doesn't help at all with it, since you have signed the lease contract that says you can't demand anything from them about the internet since they are providing it for "free," which is a debatable subject as well.
