Lived in a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 other friends. Living space is tight for 3 people, I got annoyed not having my own space after a while. Still good place to live though. Can't beat the location, but they make you pay for that. Paid $368 a month for 1 bedroom. Parking is an extra $75/month, that's super expensive too. The security guys are cool about parties, just don't throw anything off your balcony or they will bar off your balcony. We found out the hard way.
