This place is actually now known as Forest Ridge, and while the location is beautiful and the places are decent, the management is what really drives renters away. I strongly suggest reading apartmentratings.com before applying for a lease here. The management is very unprofessional and they are flat out rude. And now most tenants pay over $700 to live here, and I can tell you it is NOT worth it to live here for over that amount. (Our rent was $690.00) I rented from summer '07 through winter '08. ...
