This place is good if you are Caucasian, I'm Hispanic ind I've been asked by 3 different people if I'm a gardener I've been stopped and asked if I live here. I've lived all over the south and never been asked these questions. The staff is also not very coordinated, I've given my 30 days notice and a month later they're asking for it again as well as my forwarding address witch I already gave to them. I rented from spring 2018 through spring 2019. ...

The management for this complex are the most unethical that I have ever encountered. After they told me that a unit that I had previously toured was still available, I mentioned that I would be right over to submit an application. Fifteen minutes later they called me back to tell me that another applicant (who had applied for a different unit) just changed their mind and wanted the exact same unit that I was applying for. After having told me that the unit was available, and knowing that I was on my way to submit an application, they had no right to reverse their decision and say that the unit was no longer on the market. They even hung up on me, which no decent customer service person would ever do. Clearly, all they care about is money and nothing more. Save yourself a big headache and don't rent here; look elsewhere to find an apartment with decent management that actually gives half a damn about people instead of screwing them over. I rented from winter 2017 through winter 2017. ...
