Secluded and cute apartments. The layout for these apartments are perfect for those who are looking to stay while attending Oregon State University. Neighbors are mostly older residents or college age students who keep to themselves.

We moved in from out of state and found this place online and were unable to find anything else due to moving at high season when school started. This apartment is unbearable in the summer as it does not have AC and has GIANT windows that do not open, which allows for zero ventilation. With four fans going, it only serves to push the hot air around and the front door must be left open to air the place out which is not safe at night. Bike was stolen from the porch on the third floor. The apartment is also unbearable in the winter, with no heating in the bedrooms and an electric heater in the living room only that does not keep the place warm by any standards. There have been leaks that have not been fixed in a timely manner and the "management" staff have been unprofessional when approached with concerns about temperature and repairs. The location is awesome as it is walking distance to campus, downtown, and the riverfront, but the building itself is not well kept and is a dump. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. You can find alternative rentals at similar prices with much higher quality than this. I rented from fall 10 through fall 11. ...
