While the leasing agents are great the apartments weren't the best condition and were surrounded by not student mentors which at times brought up minor problems. Due to our neighbors having 4 year old kids.

I have been leaving at Chase Village for 2 years and it has been a great experience over all. It's a 10 minute drive to the University of Oregon. You don't need a car, you can take the bus or walk/bike through Alton Baker Park which connects to campus. The office staff has been welcoming and helpful since the very beginning. Maintenance has been wonderful too. They have taken care of all maintenance request. I feel safe and happy about deciding to live at Chase Village while attending the University of Oregon. ...

Chase village has spacious apartments close to campus however I think it could be better kept, and the staff could be more efficient. For example, the pools are disgusting, people always take my assigned parking and whenever I call with an issue I never get an answer. ...
