This apartment complex has gone downhill. Nobody practically lives here anymore since the new company has taken over. Vacant apartments are being broken into and being vandalized or set fire too. There have been four major fires since I lived here and two full buildings shut down. They fill the pool with water but they never open it so that the health department won't make them fill it in with sand. Every unit has either full of mold or roaches. There is a huge sewer pond in back of one of the buildings. Try open your windows and live with that stench! However there is plenty of parking because nobody lives here.


I rented from spring '05 through spring '08.

They have a disgusting roach and spider problem, and management is willing to do very little to take care of the problem. The maintence is also extremely slow in fixing problems. My air was out for almost two weeks in the middle of summer, yet they still waated there full rent. Also, they have a little to no security.

I rented from summer '05 through summer '06.
I paid monthly rent of $489 during spring/summer for a shared room.
