They just raised the rent on me. It is now $553 for a one bedroom. I didn't pay a pet deposit. The buildings themselves are old and falling apart. Its clear the walls have been painted several times. They claim some units have new appliances, mine does not. Both pools are closed more than they're open during the summer. Other than that, its quiet and safe.

I rented from summer '05 through summer '08.
