I adore these apartments. I am fine with my frinds parking on the street because there is alwyas some availbale near my courtyard gate. I feel really safe living here. Plus it is so quiet. They have events once a month and I have met a lot of people, which is great for me considering I am from out of town. I recommend these apartments to anyone that wants to be downtown.

This is a decent apartment which none of my friends will ever see because it has NO GUEST PARKING. If you want a space for your guest to use to park in so that they don't have to walk half a block past all the bums on the street, you get charged 75 dollars per month for the space. Who could afford to have guests over for dinners or anything else, and even if you did keep one extra space...great, your dinner party can only consists of one person (or maybe 2 if you can manage to get your guests to carpool). Because of the location and all the homeless and no security to keep them away from the property - this apartment SHOULD HAVE GUEST PARKING. Instead they have assigned spots, which people park in. Threatening notes get left on cars, cars get towed here. Residents are pitted against each other thanks to the parking. Living here has been the most isolating experience of my entire life. Renter beware - go elsewhere where you at least won't be bored to tears and lonely thanks to the dictatorship they call the parking rules around here. Avoid this complex at all costs!
