This complex has changed hands more times than I can count in the two years that I lived there. If you put a maintenance request in - remember what your parents taught you - be PATIENT! or just go get in someones face in the office, and you'll still wait. Hope you don't mind not walking in the grass - dog and goose poo - and if you speak only English don't try to have a conversation with your neighbor. This company or more the management does not care about you, only your money....have fun if you rent there, hopefully it is only a temporary move for you..

I rented from winter '05 through winter '07.
