Nice location. Beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood. Apartments are large and spacious. My only issue has been with maintenance. There is high turnover among the maintenance staff and it is hit or miss as to whether you get a maintenance person who actually cares and wants to do the job right. When issues with maintenance staff are taken to the assistant property manager, she defends the staff and not the renter, who is the paying customer. I rented from spring 2015 through spring 2018. ...
