The downside to these apartments is that they are older. It's not a huge apartment, but I think the living and bed rooms are decent sizes. You're getting all the basics, but don't expect luxury. However, there are some great things about living here, too. The management is top notch. We have a resident manager, and the owners are frequently on the property doing work. They're all really friendly and respond quickly to any problems, questions, or concerns. The location is pretty good. It's walkable to OSU and extremely close to Kroger and South Campus Gateway. It's also not far from Short North. I would recommend living here if you're more concerned with quiet apartments in a good location than having a fancy apartment.
