
Do not live here. Looks like their business model is focused on not doing anything for the tenants due to high turnover. I don't know of anyone who has lived here for more than 2 years and with good reason. Also if you do decide to live here, kiss your "deposit" goodbye. No doubt the owner Alan Pearlman will find something wrong with the apartment when you move out to keep most of it.
