Shame on Alan Pearlman!! He does not return deposits and treats his former tenants badly, even resorting to yelling to tenants for asking for their deposits back (won't even send an itemized list). He dodges phone calls and e-mails and is extremely rude! Find a more reputable landlord!!

Do not live here. Looks like their business model is focused on not doing anything for the tenants due to high turnover. I don't know of anyone who has lived here for more than 2 years and with good reason. Also if you do decide to live here, kiss your "deposit" goodbye. No doubt the owner Alan Pearlman will find something wrong with the apartment when you move out to keep most of it.

I rented from fall '05 through fall '07.
I paid monthly rent of $675 during fall/winter for a private room.

DO not live here. Nothing ever gets done and when there is a problem good luck in ever hearing from management about when they intend to fix it. Landlord known for ripping people off on their deposit.
