Pretty quiet. Good maintenance. The place is very clean- new wallpaper and nice carpet, fairly new appliances. This is the third place in Kent I've lived and by far the best. It's kindof expensive for the size, but the utilities aren't that bad because there's no gas-all electric. Also, each unit has builtin cabinets and bookshelves on the back wall that are really nice- that's what made me choose to live here!
