Moneypenny is a terrible landlord. He talks down to all college students. I've never done anything wrong yet he still talks to me like I'm the biggest idiot walking the planet. This is not how you treat people who are paying you to keep them happy. He doesn't fix anything. To him everything is considered a "wish list." And yes I am quoting him. To give you an idea of how things were when I was living there, 2 people were stabbed when they were on their way to fight someone else. This is not a safe neighborhood. When Kent Stat's reporters start calling me asking me if I feel safe on Lake Street you know there is something wrong. Unless you are completely desperate I would not recommend renting from Moneypenny EVER!!!!!
