This building SUCKS! The Staff- they look like angels but they are devils in disguise. The maintenance is slow. One elevator has not worked for a month now and is an inconvience. When they are working they slam shut on you so fast you could easily get separated from your children. The evelvators and hallway floors are like an oven- HOT AS HELL! This is an upper class ghetto in Mayfield Heights. Nothing at all luxurious. I should have stayed in East Cleveland. The K&D Group buildings are all the same no matter where you live. Would not recommend to anyone. They say it is a gated community and that the gates lock after hours. Well I must not know what after hours is because I have come home between the hours of 12am and 4am and they were still open. They need to watch who they rent to. I think there are way more occupants in a one bedroom then there should be. Its not even funny. That must be the cheap way out. I was talking to a resident the other day that told me in one of the other building that they had to install cameras in the elevators so they could catch who was urinating in them. YUCK! There are always young kids hanging around outside in the parking lots and making loud noise. Security could do a way better job to get them moving. I fear for my car most nights. The hallways stink. The sinks are always backed up and spitting stuff out.Ive only been here one month! Its all just a mess. I could go on and on. Just do not...I repeat...do not make this a chose on your list! You will be sorry!

This place has definitely gone down hill since the new management took over. Garbage is strewn across the lobby, laundry room, and elevator. The elevators often get stuck for days at a time. The staff is standoffish on a good day ...and down right rude most of the time. (Except for the lady that gives residents their UPS and FedEx deliveries -- shes great, but the leasing office staff is terrible. Bathtubs drains often get backed up and it takes maintenance a whlie to fix them -- and when they do, they get stopped up within a week or so. The place is just falling apart, but all the management seems to want to do is apply a fresh coat of paint to make it seem like its a well maintained building. The residents dont seem to throw trash into the garbage chute -- but instead will leave it stacked next to the chute, so the place SMELLS REALLY BAD from time to time. I'm just happy I moved out this summer ... there are so many nicer places in the area where the staff is much more helpful and friendly.

Since K & D took over, it's gone down hill fast. Rent started out in low $500's, now escalated to $600 for a one bedroom. K & D has turned the place into a slum. Immigrants galore. Noise level through the roof. Management is confrontational and rarely attends to maintenance needs of many of the "common areas" including water, trash, laundry, and parking lot. Cannot wait to move out.
