Pharoh ants plaqued us the entire lease. Landlords took 6 mos to rid the apartment of them. The ants appeared 4 days after we signed our lease. Landlords refused to let us out of lease or change apartments. We were stuck there from Aug to Jan. (2 bdrm apart) These ants get into everything, even closed jars of peanut butter. THey invade your furniture and personal things. I had to throw out ALL of my furniture (brand new bed, recliner, sofa, dresser) for fear of infecting my future apartments.

I rented from fall '06 through fall '06.
I paid monthly rent of $630 during fall/winter for a private room.
