the building is infasted by roaches and bad bugs,yes,bed buges bad urine smell and a lots of acivity going in the hallways,the super shut the water without advance notification and I will not even start talking abought cleaning proporly which they do not know what it is.
Going over the dirt lightly with dirty map and dirty water one time is not cleaning,the landlored never around as long as money coming in he does not care.

I rented from spring '06 through spring '08.
I paid monthly rent of $1100 during fall/winter.

the most dirty filthy building I saw in my life,the super does not seam to care(nor the landlored),dirt stuk everywere and if they swap a map on the floor it is dirty with dirty water,like pooring it on the floor.urine smell in the elevators ada around the chute,never uses soap to clean,garbage alwayes piles and gum will stay forever

The building is absolutely filthy! I have never lived in such squalor! I swear they never clean here and when they do, it seems as if they use the same water they have used all year round. The elevator reeks of urine, the garbage shoots are covered in filth, and there is a layer of grime that never seems to come off of any surface--floor, walls, sink, etc. Also, it takes a lot of persistence to get anything fixed in this building.
