Rip off!! Managment scams you!! Beware!! plastering is no renovating!!
Where do i start!! No Parking, building is falling apart, water leaks in bathroom and bedroom, maintenance never fixed anything and i lived there for 3 years. Loud!! i mean LOUD banging noises from steam pipes under the floors. Steam leaks out of the heaters. the painter paints on top of everything. NOT water bugs but roaches, spiders and scabby cats every where. Neighbors can hear everything. Flooding has destroyed cars a couple of times by boulevard and riechelt ave.
Brookchester constantly send there maintenance in your apartment even after you sign for them to not go in without you there!!!! The gardeners will blow leaves, dirt, and grass on to your cars and threw the cracks of the apartment doors. Maintenance actually came to reglaze the nast tube and ended up leaving glaze resadue all over the apartment. (floor, tv, bed sheets, tooth brush etc...)
Finally, Management is very disrespectful and rude.

I rented from fall '05 through fall '07.
I paid monthly rent of $936 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $935 during spring/summer for a private room.
