The ladies who work in the office are always rude. The rent is the highest in the area and the apartments are pretty run-down. They advertise as "luxury" but they are not even close!

I rented from fall '06 through spring '08.
I paid monthly rent of $805 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $835 during spring/summer for a private room.

The local management and staff are good, and the apartments are OK, but the big New Jersey real-estate company that owns the complex jacks up the rent by an excessive amount every year. Not recommended unless you're only planning to stay short term.
