Plenty of parking, landlord is very very nice but takes a few days to get back to. 3 bedroom apartments are small, but for less you can get a townhouse. Townhouse basements are drafty and damp.

I rented from spring '06 through spring '08.
I paid monthly rent of $710 during fall/winter for a shared room.
