La Vida Buena had a fire in April of 2008. I think for the most part, the management company has done and adequate job in restoring some normacy here. The maintenance staff tries hard and the new manager has been left with a lot of clean up. Bless her heart she has done alot with changing the morale here. We have activities monthly. Pleasant atmosphere and all in all a decent place to live.

I rented from winter '07 through summer '08.
I paid monthly rent of $684 during fall/winter for a private room.
