There are many crimes going on at Blueberry Village complex, ranging from drug activities to stick-ups conducted by bad people who apparently have some subsidized or privileged rent contracts there, do not really work anywhere and have no other sources of income but crime. When we lived there, we have seen cops investigating robberies and break-ins at least once a week. Our apartment got robbed too, laptop was stolen. The Middlesex Management who runs the place is trying to rip off money of their tenants for any imaginable and unimaginable reasons. When we finally moved out - in the end, we were charged more than $1600 in extras on top of the final rent and other fees that we officially owed. The noise level is outrageous in those apartments - I think they are made out of carton: we could not only hear our upstairs neighbors walking, but also we could here them talking and even what they are talking about! The maintainance is very hard to get: you will call and will have to wait at home all day long for them to show up. Terrible place and it is hugely overpriced.
