dirty, no parking many drugs and crime

rent always goes up, parking spaces are expensive soon to be $100 each right now at 60 and will continue to raise yearly good luck finding parking elsewhere. A lot of drugs, crime, house break ins!!! (without a trace, as if a super went in and took all you got), car break ins, roaches (all types), bad bugs, i mean you name it. No hot water 4 days out of a month.

OK place if you have no choice and have no kids. people with kids, don't even think about this hole nearest school is where the triple murder happened.


I rented from fall '02 through summer '08.
