The only good thing about this apartment complex is its proximity to the college. Otherwise, it's totally overpriced, old, smelly, unsafe (my friend's car was stolen from the parking lot last week!!!), and it has unreliable internet and cable connections -- we lost our cable during the superbowl last year!

I rented from summer '06 through summer '08.
I paid monthly rent of $940 during fall/winter for a shared room.
