The place itself isnt half bad, but the tow landlords are horrible. All they want is the rent check, they do nothing to address renters complaints. Unless managment changes I would highly recommend NOT renting there.

I rented from summer '07 through summer '08.
I paid monthly rent of $775 during fall/winter for a private room.
