This place is not all it's advertised to be. The owner does not care at all about it's tennants. All he wants is your money. Way over priced and no ammenities. The parking is horrible, no place for kids to play. pool sucks, and the construction of the place is sketchy. You can hear your neighbors through the walls. Mgmt could careless about the renters, they just make sure they collect your rent every month. Grounds maintanace is non-existant. Stay away!!!!!

I rented from fall '06 through spring '08.
I paid monthly rent of $725 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $865 during spring/summer for a private room.
