Awesome apartments! Very nice! Maintence was great, the prices are good for what you get!

I rented from fall '04 through winter '07.
I paid monthly rent of $649 during fall/winter for a shared room.
I paid monthly rent of $649 during spring/summer for a shared room.

Management is rude and will not listen to concerns. Mold problems, will not fix carpet comming up at the seams without charging you. pools broken during the summer and some drug dealers.
