My sister and I moved in here, two young college students. They decided right away to take complete advantage of us. Our apartment when we first moved in was a disaster: cobwebs everywhere, rings in the bathtubs, broken cabinets, broken dishwasher, broken dryer, mold in the vents, tar build-up on the blinds, the list could go on forever. It took 6 months of constant calling and visiting the office and a postmarked letter for them to fix most everything. The staff here does not care about you at all, they care about the money. If you want to be taken advantage of over and over again, then feel free to move in here. These apartments are way overpriced for any type of treatment we were given.

I rented from spring '07 through summer '08.
I paid monthly rent of $765 during fall/winter for a private room.
