I DO NOT recommend Quail Woods at all. While living there, your needs as a tenant will be ignored unless they are an absolute emergency. The grounds are not keep up to a safe degree. Dead tree limbs are not removed and have caused damage to many tennant cars. Upon move-out, not only will they keep all of your security deposit, but they will come up with excessive charges so that you owe them more money. This place is a COMPLETE rip off. It's not worth the lower rent. Move into a quality complex.
