I lived here 2 years its kinda old and dingy, the property manager is a money hungry snob, who loves to fine u over anything u do, its not safe at all especially at night time, skechy people always walking around, and the apartments are getting broken into, the pool is green, not to mention it has a terrible bug and roach problem, i have not been satisfied the last 2 years i lived here

I rented from fall '06 through fall '07.
I paid monthly rent of $295 during fall/winter for a private room.
