This place is horrible. I have had cockroaches and they tell me that they are not cockroaches, they are waterbugs, and that my apartment must be dirty because they only go in dirty apartments. They also tack on a bunch of charges for everything. My rent is supposed to be 850 a month, but I have yet to see a bill for under 975. The office staff is rude and doesn't know how to do their jobs. Don't rent from the Reserve, they will just rip you off. Abbington Place is the same. They are owed by the same company
