Don't live here. They suck you into a contract with their own cable company. The internet is terrible (which is a must if you are a student). The TV is worse. And customer service for both the office and the cable company are bull. They don't care about anything but the rent check. Won't help with issues in the apartments or anything.

I rented from fall '07 through fall '08.
